For FoW, instead of increased movement speed (which is even less relevant now that melee can sprint) it could instead give a 5% (preferably 10%) increase to attack speed. My reasoning is because once you reach 1330 SS, youhave a choice between a 6 hit rotation and a 9 hit rotation (based on when you reapply DK, TS, and Demo). Typically, DK tends to fall off right before the last SP or Demo, but with higher attack speed, it's possible to get a clean extra hit off (I found this out after checking my GCD with GL3 and an Arrow card, to which my GCD was 1.8secs).

The main problem with this suggestion is that there would be stance dancing with RoF and FoW (which would require a bit of skill) and the simple fact that the increased attack speed might not even be more beneficial than just staying in FoF the whole time. Plus, it would probably just be simpler to just increase the duration of DK and TS to 16 anyway. I just wanted to suggest something that would make FoW less useless.
