Obviously it's not going to increase your Attack Magic Potency because it doesn't apply to everything, however if you look over at the elements you will notice that the corresponding element will rise. After the holiday I'll try and get in there and run the numbers a bit to see
You probably mistaken +lightning resistance with +lightning magic potency
