Rotations for monk and Mch

oky so i just started playing the monk a few weeks ago and am just wondering whats a good rotation to do? as of now i can only cap at 60. i am also wondering if anyone else finds the ability form shift as useless as i do. now the 2nd part of the post, i actually like the Mch a lot and it was my first DPS class to 60. ( unless you wanna count the WAR as both a DPS and tank :P) now i feel like i have a good rotation for them but i am wondering what everyone else does.

You use form shift to start encounters in couerl form to get to GL1 instantly, which makes GL3 happen sooner. Also if youre in the situation where you have nothing to hit and youre about to lose GL cuz youre not in the right form, you can forn shift on the run to prepare a couerl form attack.
