Mid-core FC Recruiting fun, progression driven players with a good attitude that can relax, have fun, and still progress.

About us:
Daes Dae'mar is a mid-core progression based FC that provides a home for players that want to progress through new content while still having an active and fun FC. Started by two friends,
we've started to build a welcoming home for like minded people to come together and place XIV the way we've craved. Currently home to one official static with the possibility of a second and a third forming, we offer fantastic amenities for raiders and fun events for everyone.

General Recruitment (roles we're short on):
We need people on between 7pm - 11pm EST and would love to have a few more DoL/DoH members. We're looking for people interested in socializing but who are also driven in terms of end game related content. If you haven't cleared Susano yet, chances are we're not what you're looking for.

Amenities:

• Access to all specialists for crafting needs
• Random Events (Both battle related and not)
• Discord complete with fun people and tons of information

**We currently have a small house because that's all that was available that wasn't in the Goblet (gross)... but we'll be moving ASAP**

What sets us apart:
This isn't an FC built around a small group of friends that just want to show off large FC member numbers. We want to know you, run content, help, and be as supportive as we can. While we are looking for solid players to fill out our ranks, we also welcome any friends/family of members as long as they're over 18. While we are very friendly, we're also not here to censor people, so strange topics of conversation and vulgarity is to be expected. All we ask is to leave your drama at the front door and any (extremely ignorant) derogatory names out of your mouth.

Recruitment Process:
In order to make sure we're opening our doors to like minded people, we have started a different recruitment process. Previously, we just had people reach out to us via discord or in-game. While we've gotten some amazing members out of it, we wanted to be able to get to know the people who are interested a bit more before inviting them. Instead of a two minute conversation and an instant invite, we have created the following form for you to fill out so we can get to know you. We'll reach out via discord once we've come to a decision either way (so you're not sitting there wondering if we're blowing you off... that's just rude).
