    Various XP questions :

I like levelling and would ideally like to get all classes to 70. However there is also this thing called Real Life, so I want to manage my time as best as possible to get the most out
    of my time in Eorzea.

I have read up on various threads and Googled etc and have put together a plan of sorts...however I think I still need to fill in some blanks. Without further ado :

    1. What is the best use of my rested XP? With speedrunning PoTD the go-to for XPing nowadays, I have a lot of the bar I can't seem to use up.

    2. I've heard that you run Great Gubal Library from 60-61...is that the new Aurum Vale of HW and SB? Does it really give that good XP?

    3. Also heard that PoTD is best until 60, and then the SB dungeons for XP?

Don't forget daily roulettes they always give a decent chunk of exp.... make sure to always log out in towns so you build up your testing bonus... stock up on foods which boost experience by 3% while active...

Get one class to 70 first then there is bonus XP for the other jobs, IIRC.

Any class that isnt your current highest level gets bonus exp. This is the "armory" bonus. When your first class is level 10, if you pick something new up it starts getting the bonus exp immediately(as in, you dont have to wait until some set level before your lower level class gets the bonus). The bonus starts at 100%, then either at level 50 or level 60 it goes down to 50%. If your new class passes your old one and becomes highest it stops getting this bonus, but now your original will get this bonus until you pass it back.

    1. Kill monsters that give you exp, in dungeons and the open world. Rested bonus is not applied to rewarded exp (fates, hunt marks, POTD, etc).
    2. Gubal is fine, so are fates in the new zones.
    3. POTD is a fine choice, depending on how long it takes you to clear a set of floors. The reward is not insignificant.

Above all else, remember that leveling is a rate: exp earned over time spent. Get all the rewarded exp you can in the time you have, then maximize that rate.

Thanks for the clarification. I didn't realize it worked like that.
