    Should I buy expansion now?

Hi! So I'm about few quests away from hitting lvl 50. My question is, should I buy the new expansion now or is there stuff to do without it?

End Game is lvl 70 at the moment, so yes I recommend buying the expansions.

There's plenty to do without it, but even more to do with it. You're nearly to the point that you could unlock Samurai or Red Mage if you have Stormblood registered, and your level cap will raise so you're still getting XP while you go through the remainder of ARR.

On the other hand, if you decide to wait a while, there's lots of level 50 content to keep you occupied until you're ready to buy the expansions. (It was level cap for a couple years, after all.) And some of that level 50 content is required before you can get into the real expansion content anyway. You'll have roughly another hundred or so main scenario quests before getting to Heavensward or unlocking the HW jobs, and then all of its MSQ before reaching Stormblood's main content.

So if I decide to buy now, do I need some special gear? Do I need to do dungeons or raids?

This is slightly confusing. What's the difference? One is 40€ other is 35€

The first one includes FF XIV ARR and both its expansions. The 2nd only includes the expansions. You must already own FF XIV ARR.

If you plan to keep playing, eventually youll buy the expansion. Once you get to level 50 you'll stop earning experience(though you can still go back and level up other classes) unless you buy and register the expansion, so this is the time that many people make the purchase. As for any type of gear, just keep playing the way you have been. The quests you do(augmented by the occasional dungeon drop) will generally give you all the gear you need until you get up to the endgame. If you want to make a couple of the level transitions smoother, then you can get strategic with some currency upgrades. Once you start doing level 50 instances, the game will start paying you in "Tomestones" of "Poetics". These can be exchanged for good level 50 gear(ilvl 120/130) as well as good level 60 gear(ilvl 260/270). The level 50 quests will give you up to ilvl 110 stuff, so a couple upgrades can smooth over the 50-60 transition. By the time you get to 60 you probly have earned enough tomes to already have at least the 260 set and not need any of the quest drops. But for the most part, you wont have many gear issues(provided you do keep equipping new stuff as you get it) until you get close to end-game content. Once you are 70 you'll have several options for upgrades(your level 70 class quest gives you a starter set, there are higher level tomestones you can buy stuff with, there are currently 3 dungeons that drop level 70 gear, the next big patch should have an alliance raid you could get drops from as well as at least 1 more dungeon, and there are raid and harder raid drops you could try for also). However, if you dont really enjoy dungeons and raids you can minimize this side of the game as well. At various points the game will require you to get your gear to certain item levels to continue, but these happen mostly organically and you can generally get there with quests and some tomestone purchases.
