graphic glitch

im dealing with this right now. it happened to me a while back, but i fixed it with the texture filtering options. now, as of today, its back an just…..not leaving. the shit in the environ vanishes when im facing certain directions and also when i click on npcs?? but the shit in my character is seemingly permanent. its on npcs and appears in cutscenes too. it seems to vanish off any characters shading in shade? ill update with anything else that i notice as im playing.

ive literally gone thru all the graphics settings to see if its any of them, nothing has fixed it, its also not a temp issue. its not an issue with windowed or full screen mode, ive literally just updated my graphics drivers to see if it was that, its not.

i just... dont know enough about computers and stuff to figure this out, so any suggestions would be really really appreciated.

edit: i just teleported to rhalgars reach and all the green stuff is gone from the envirnment so now idk what is even happening. it seems like only certain places in-game have the glitch? but its persistent on player and non player characters

Does this happen in both dx9 and dx11 mode or is it isolated to one of those?

If it's only one of those I'd say you can pretty much rule out a hardware problem? It's not much but maybe a start.

p.s. maybe try resetting your driver graphic-options as well (not just the in-game ones)

yeah it just seems to be dx9 thats giving me the problem
