Well yeah, in the case where your tank is instant pulling 0 countdown or starts at 5 seconds. But for (generally) more serious groups looking to clear the kind of content that requires precasting and careful planning, you'll have more than enough time to precast VA/T and follow it up with its opposite. It's honestly a potatoes/potatos situation.

Use Embolden before Enchanted Riposte. The extra 2% Verfinisher potency (11) and the one more Verfastspell (5.4) or Verslowspell (6) you maybe get at the end are not as much as the getting 10% on Enchanted Riposte (21).

If your goal is to eke out every possible bit of damage, melee range should be your default. You'll auto-attack during each Dualcast. Displace on cooldown, and move back into melee range manually during Dualcasts if Corps-a-corps isn't up yet.

Or by hardcasting veraero and thunder, this is what you guys already mean and its to be assumed you start off with a dual casted veraero and swiftcasted thunder?
    At 10s, Acceleration.
    At 5s, DiversionVeraero.
Veraero lands as tank pulls. Dualcast Verthunder.
