Remove PLD Utility?

I think that PLD utility will only make a difference in the most cut throat progression meta in very rare cases these skills can help prevent a wipe. If a raid is relying on clemency to get them through a fight they are unlikely to succeed.

I wouldn't exactly call my group "the most cut throat progression meta" and I just got asked to go PLD instead of WAR for a specific fight.
