[Suggestion] Option to disable weather and day/night cycle visuals

For a whole bunch of reasons, it'd be nice to be able to disable the visual effects of day/night and weather. Not the ACTUAL effects they have on fishing, unspoiled nodes, etc., just the visual appearances.

I suggest it because:

A) The ability to turn off weather effects was in FFXI so there's a precedent for having it.

B) If you're recording promotional videos of any kind about FFXIV, from machinima to how-to guides, it would help greatly to be able to always have the same lighting at all times.

C) People with computers that are just barely able to run FFXIV would no doubt be very happy to be able to turn these off to save processing power (hey, some people love the game but don't have a lot of money to spend on new PCs :\ )

In my wildest dreams, I'd love to be able to set what hour of the day the game should display at that time as well as which weather effect, but that's probably asking FAR too much.

I was just mentioning this to a friend a couple days ago. Not so much the day/nighttime effects but the weather ...yes!!!

The option to turn off effects in ffxi was perfect, would love this option here as well one day ☂ ☼ ❄

And as I said (to ensure no one else reading this gets confused), we're not asking for the gameplay-related effects of the weather to be turned off (ie being able to shut off rain so you can catch the fish you want), just the GRAPHICAL effects so you don't see them.

The weather indicator in the corner of your minimap would still indicate what weather is actually happening at that time.

While I usually like the immersion of the weather and day/night cycles, it would be nice to be able to toggle them off occasionally. When I get new gear and want to check out what it looks like, I want to see it in full bright daylight. It can be hard to find someplace brightly lit enough if it's nighttime in the game. (The feeble light given off by the Wind-up Sun minion is so faint as to be useless for this purpose.)
