I've been grinding all the SB dungeons to level up various jobs and it's disappointingly common for the other dps to never aoe. What's even weirder is that I've had them goad me but they don't aoe themselves. Monk and Ninjas have amazing aoe but never seem to use them. Forget healers that don't dps, this is a worse issue. Do we need Hall of the Novice to teach people to aoe large packs?
