Perhaps I'm not explaining it right. I think SE should make it so once you spend your Aetherflow stacks on say, for example, 3 Festers and enter Dreadwyrm Trance, you should still be able to use Fester/Painflare/Bane/Energy Drain while Dreadwyrm Trance lasts. With cooldowns of course. When it ends you would then need to wait for Aetherflow to be ready again before you could use Fester/Painflare/Bane/Energy Drain again.

So ability to use OGC's in trace without the use or cost of stacks? Yeah, that would make us heavily overbursty/OP, given you'd just weave R2 > Fester > R3/R4 Proc all day for the potency boost in trance alone. Less of course there is some serious drawback akin to like the ruin3 cost out of trance, or something to balance the absurdity in it.

Ruin 2 > Fester + Painflare > Ruin 2 > Energy Drain > Ruin 2 Fester + Painflare > etc. All AF abilities have seperate CDs. If that's not overpowered, I don't know what is.
