Encountered an error and crash on two separate characters both after teleporting to southern thanalan. Area did not load and eventually received error message: "An unexpected error has occurred, ffxiv will now exit (17). Trying to log in on either character results in the same error message followed by game crash. One character teleported to little ala mhigo, the other to the other aetheryte/town. There are no game issues playing other characters, I can log in and play fine on other characters, it seems to be this zone causing issues.

3. Considered reinstall but didn't make much sense considering other characters/areas have no issue
