Minimum stats for yellow scrip collectables?

70 MIN and BOT, still in my L 60 set.

I haven't unlocked the full map (still on Lakshmi) so I thought I would try to collect raw imperial jade. Turned the glove on, uncovered the node, none of the remaining collecting skills lit up. The node didn't look like they do for collecting but like they do for gathering.

My two thoughts were 1, stats, and 2, bug.

My crafts are lagging so I can't overmeld the L70 whites yet. Thought I could cheese by. Perhaps not.

Umm .. I hate to ask this, but ... you have collected it before, have you not? Even if you do not have enough gathering/perception (you won't in the i190 Ironworks set) you can still gather them as a Collectible, but you have to have gotten it normally first.

You first need to collect it for the first time after revealing a node (so Collector's Glove inactive at that point), once that is done going forward when you use Collector's glove and click on that node all skill will be up to use

I have collected Raw Imp Jade before this collecting attempt, yes.

Upgraded my entire left side anyway, best I could do with the materia melder. Can still get to 700 GPs with vendor mutton stew.

Imperial Jade is a HW node if i recall right?
You only need like 600 GP for that one but because you are 70 with gear you should be over 600 for sure so not sure the reason you are having issues
Myself in HW i was just using the food you can purchase from the tap keeper i believe the NPC name was at the Golden Saucer, cheap but effective food

Imperial Jade is in Yanxia, it's SB.

I am currently wearing minimally melded HQ white lvl 70 set, HQ main and off hand. According to an FC mate, he needed the HQ main and off hand and nq white 70 set before he was able to make minimum collectability for scrip.

Ahh ok. I have not tried Yellow script yet and not even sure on rotations just yet.
