    One time item retrieval

Hello, I don't know where this post should go so please forward it appropriately or let me know where I should inquire about this.

I just bought an item from a vendor by mistake ( for creation tomes) and would like to have it reversed if possible. I was told that GMs offered one time per account exchanges of the sort.

The character is Ea Mett on Faerie and the item in question is the Lost Allagan Coat of Healing that was purchased for 825 tomes of creation. (It's in my Armoury Chest, not soulbound, not melded, just the original untouched item)

    Thanks in advance!

Sorry, but these forums are more for players to help other players. There's no official support here. You'll want to contact a GM in game.

To do this, press the Escape key, then select Support Desk, and on the first tab that appears (Information) there is an FAQ section and you want to click "One-Time Item Restoration/Exchange server" and then file a report there.

But are you absolutely sure you want to do this for something you can actually wear (your forum avatar is White Mage 70 and chest piece is something you'll very likely be wanting...). It's only two weeks worth of tomes to get back enough to buy whatever you did want to buy.

Personally I'm saving mine for the day I ever accidentally delete something I can't get back (like a completed relic, or 1.0 item etc), but that's your decision of course.

Well I'll never wear that item on my WHM for sure. I -could- keep it for my AST/SCH but still debating. Thanks for the info though I had a look around and must've missed that option.

    Cheers.
