From what I've experienced, what makes different each artist is not mainly the drawing skills and the effects that can give to his drawing.
What counts more is the concept of the drawing, and if you are able to transfer emotions with the drawing. And from my line of judge, drawings about Beavis and Butthead are, and will always be made of awesome!
