Given the mentions of "House Manderville" in the game, I would not be surprised if the Mandervilles are officially nobility in Ul'dah.
I would also not be surprised if this is because they bought their noble title (or were awarded it for their wealth), and that this is the accepted and preferred way of becoming nobility in Ul'dah.
Maybe "Lord Lolorito" is the same case. "Prince Teledji" might be a bit too pompous, though.
