I love that idea.

Imo the one problem with playing DRG isn't about DPS or utility. It's about how their mechanic is designed & what it is supposed to be.
Is it supposed to be a long build up for a burst phase or is it a buff u have to keep up to get an overall dps increase?
But right now it's neither of those. It has a long buildup for barely any burst.

SE can balance it all they want but it just doesn't feel satisfying to use at all. Unless they buff Nastrond to be very strong so it becomes a real burst. But as it is right now it's justt lots of effort for low reward.

A change where LoTD would be easier to get (easier to maintain) would make it more of a sustained mechanic that offers a general dps increase. More satisfying to maintain the small dps increase LoTD offers.
