yesss please ha
I like the idea of "dps stance" does something different to the defensive tank LB..
right now it's always scheduled to the melee dps (very occasionally it's scheduled to a mage/ranged LB if there's more than one target..) having the option of "a huge chunk of damage from the melee dps" or the tank offensive LB would be neat.
Maybe something like "makes the party do 50% extra damage for 10s".. rather than direct damage like a DPS does.

Pretty much you can't give a DPS LB to anyone other than DPS because you risk it being better than the DPS one which would make it obsolete.
Tanks are therefore destined to have some kind of utility LB forever.

Why would it matter who gets LB?
The point was to let tanks and healers use their LB button with their own glorious fantastic animations more than 0.5% of the time. If anything, the DPS mains would probrably prefer tanks and/or healers to cast the damage LB so they won't risk losing uptime/stacks.
I think tank lb legacy could be raid time extend. Example survive hard enrage whit tank lb 3 and win example extra 30s until boss cast enrage mechanic again

This is honestly not a bad idea at all and fits into the theme of a tank using all they've got for a "last stand".![]()

And sure enough a few months from then you'll have threads in the DPS forum with people asking for a DPS LB worth using because they never get to use it.Why would it matter who gets LB?
