Basically my Deltascape V1.0 (savage) says reward already received when i haven't done it yet this week, and cant join PF set as Duty Completion.
Another weird this is i was in a duty my Direct Hit rate said 364 when it was supposed to be 1500+

That's your issue. Entering into a higher fight locks you out of the lower ones.

It means as far as this week is concerned you have cleared V1S and are no longer eligible for loot.

and is that a glitch or just how this game works, cant attempt savages out of order even if u don't get a clear ?
