Every Stormblood Bard has experienced the small frustration of acquiring two or three Pitch Perfect stacks from DoT tick crits right as the song is ending, and not being able to respond fast enough to use them before they are lost.

Solution: Allow for the Wanderer's Minuet song to allow for the acquisition of Pitch Perfect stacks, but after the song ends the stacks remain so they may still be used, even for a short period.
