Earlygame / Previous Endgame Content Checklist?

Heya everyone!

As someone who got the game during the Heavensward expansion and didn't pick it back up and finish Heavensward until just recently, there's a whole bunch of stuff that I haven't done!

Basically, I was wondering if anyone could help me make a checklist of dungeons/trials and previous endgame raids / content to run as I get through Stormblood so that I can really feel comfortable as though I've been around the block a few times.

I still have to plow through a bunch of ex primals (the only one I've done is Garuda), and those are the ones that drop the good primal weapons right? The ones that are for sick glamours?

I know Thordan Ex is a thing, haven't done it, and like, I've seen a bunch about the Coils of Bahamut and have no idea how to coordinate such things and I just... man, there's so much of this game that I haven't experienced and I was wondering if there were existing lists or if anyone could help me put one together.

That should get you started. It doesn't cover everything from beyond 3.0 but is a good list of things to do and how to unlock. Couldn't find anything for 3.x to 4.0, but since you are only on Garuda EX this should cover a fair bit of the older content. I'll update the post if I find anything else.

I dont believe the above includes all side quests and such, like Hildebrand but is again a good starting point.

Next, go here:

Voila. List of every single dungeon and trial in the game. In fact, they are even in chronological order in which you normally should clear them.
