    EX primals in Mentor Roulette

I know this has been brought up countless times before, but is there any chance that extreme primals can be removed from Mentor Roulette?
They aren't good for anyone, not just the people queuing for the roulette.
Certainly, they aren't good for the new players looking for a clear, who now have people in them who don't want to be there, and may well be toxic or just leave.
And there's a large number of people who are perfectly fine mentors, able to help with guildhests, levelling, trials, normal raids ... but who never did the HW EX primals and are locked out. Many of which are still unlikely to clear with 8 level *70* players, if more than a few of them are new to the fight.
It just seems so wrong, having fights that are orders of magnitude harder than all the others. And I've yet to see myself in a position higher than #3 in the roulette, suggesting many have just given up...

I suppose the EX primals are there because they assume all mentors are good enough to actually clear the fights at level. After-all, you had the clear the fight to unlock mentor roulette, but I suppose that is the issue with adding UNsyncing content. Perhaps they should have a new requirement that you need to clear the content UNsynced to unlock mentor roulette? Or simply remove mentor roulette since it can't seem to function on NA servers.

The EX primals are pretty annoying, but mainly when you have groups that are majority of new players learning a bunch of new mechanics in one go. The aim of mentor roulette isn't to get a fast, quick queue above others (I've noticed it puts you in front of everyone else- my DPS gets 5-8 minute queues while everyone else is 30+ minutes). It's to help adventurers in need and new adventurers. Sometimes that means spending an hour actually trying to help people get clears.

It would be nice, however, if a reward was still given even when hitting timer and the duty then failing. Something to show for that potentially 90 minute investment. Mind you, you'd only get that reward if the timer hits 0; being dismissed, disconnected and the instance closing, leaving, abandoning, or in any other way removed, you get nothing.

If we would remove that requirement then we would have even worse then it is right now. AT least with the EX primal requirement, even people that bought their clears, it's still a lower percentage then without it. If somebody got the mentor status, then that person should make sure, that he/she re runs these trials or get the knowledge about the fight. SE should remove any mentor status if the mentor is unable to help 10 groups clear content. Guess what's going to happen? The mentor removes the status himself, or makes damn sure that groups are going to clear. We would have less problems if we keep that system, I still think we need to completely remove it and not re vamp it. It doesn't do any good tbh and that novice network/linkshell is just horrible, at least on a lot of servers.
