Gating new weapons behind savage

The new trend is raid savage or don't get a weapon upgrade? During the last expansion everyone could get the new weapon just not the upgrade toke. I feel ripped off.

New weapons have always been gated behind raiding since Midas in HW. In case you haven't noticed, for every weekly clear of Deltascape 4.0 NORMAL, you get a token. 7 of those along with 1k creation tomes get you a new weapon.

So new weapons aren't gated behind Savage.

Don't raid? Suck it up.

yes it does. O4 normal drops a token once a week. you can exchange 7 tokens for another token. and with this other token and another 10 tokens you have to buy for tomestones you can get the weapon.

I have completed this several times and yet I haven't seen this token, what is it called, where is it suppose appear....is it a guaranteed drop or loot on roll....I want to believe what you say is true but I cant find any reference to this mystery token online anywhere, explain?
