All Wandering Minstrel quests are missing for me. All old quests that I started and have not completed are not in my log anymore and any new quests that I should be able to start are not at the quest locations at all. NPC Wandering Minstrel is in his quest location spots but no quest icons and when you click on him he doesn't give or let you complete any quests.
