Gridania. The you get the mount.

I forget the npc's name tho.

The npc is Jonathas he is in Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania

Yeah, whenever you get an achievement that rewards you some kind of item, you need to claim it from the NPC in Gridania (Apkallu Falls - NPC name Jonathas).

For normal achievements that give you titles you'll get them automatically, but the item ones you need to redeem from the dude
