Road to 60 Buff Vanished (Zalera)

Zalera apparently has lost it status as a prefered world but no where in the promotional does it state (at least that i can find) that the bonus for the double xp till level 60 would vanish if the world was no longer a preferred world. My friend and I along with a newly recruited friend rolled alts on Zalera for the preferred world incentive and hadn't played for a week when we went back the buff was no longer listed on our characters. Is this as intended? If so its kind of lame that you lose the incentive buff due to no fault of your own and prior notification from the devs.

If the XP buff only lasts as long as your world is designated as a preferred world they should mention something a long the lines of "Incentives subject to change/be removed."

sorry but yes that works as intended. Since there's no disclaimer that states either, that you are getting the buff till level 60, nor does it state that this can't be removed at any time, after the server is medium populated.
So it's just whenever SE plans to add or remove it.

Nor does it say it won't vanish when the world is no longer a preferred world.
It should be obvious that the buff wouldn't last forever, and that it thus would be prudent to take advantage of it as soon as possible.
The buff was active for over a month - plenty of time to take advantage of it.

Creating a new character on a Preferred World will earn you the bonuses outlined below.

These bonuses will remain in effect until the active player population of Congested and Preferred Worlds has stabilized. Please note, however, that the population status of a World is subject to change, and that if a World is removed from the "Preferred" category, the EXP bonus will no longer be applied.

That's not new, it's been there since that post was originally created. Sorry!
