Devs don't even run the game at highest graphics specs

What does it say about the graphics performance of the game engine when the dev post a semi promotional shot of the game with no AA, Depth of Field and Ambient Occlusion.

On the note of the new graphics engine can the dev team elaborate what they are changing other than displaying more characters and better scaling of visual fidelity for low end computers.
