Getting hate for glamour

Seems like a pretty standard bikini glamour to me. Not really anything to harass anyone over. Honestly if anyone deserves to be banned it's those guys harassing you. They deserve to be reported, at least.

Ok so moment ago i tried do Omega v.1 normal for ilvl 320 gear and i started getting hate for my character glamour.

If this is the case then SE should remove glamour system and all glamour stuff ASAP so i don't get hate just because of my character glamour that i like using on my character.

Also everyone if you think this is a stupid thread just report me so i get banned for posting this crap and that i can't never post anything again in forums.

Funnily enough, I've tried that strat myself. I'm still here (even after the storm I unleashed that was the extreme undercutting thread). Your posts aren't banworthy. You won't get banned for it no matter how many reports you send. In all honesty I'm seeing traits of perfectionism in you, like if anything isn't right, you should be banned. Same problems I'm having and am currently receiving therapy for. Hang in there, you can get through this. Also, you're on Cerberus, which is EU datacentre, so if you need me for anything, let me know, I'm willing to come and lend a hand.

As someone who can see what's going on in your mind because it's very similar thoughts to what I have, I am concerned. I don't believe you should be banned, but I do believe some therapy may be in order. It seems to be ingrained into you at a level similar to mine. As a concerned individual trying to talk to you like a friend here, please look into Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. As I am learning, these thoughts aren't healthy. This link will showcase the different unhelpful thinking styles you seem to display at least some of. It's OK, you will get through this.

Take it from someone who has tried it. It won't work. I've lost track of the amount of times I've tried reporting myself to the GMs. Unless there's been a rule breach, which there hasn't (sure, the thread may be a bit ridiculous, but it doesn't break any rules), you're not getting banned. Simple.

I just have one question.

"Why do you want to get banned?"

It is quite clear this is something you are looking for... why?

Allow me to answer this. If it's anything like what I go through (and her posts seem to signify that it is), it's a feeling of that a mistake is the equivalent of breaking the law and taking a very black and white approach to these things. It's either right or wrong. She also seems to be catastrophising the issues, and not looking at the positives she brings. Tied to low self-esteem and perfectionism.

EDIT2: the PDF linked in my quote of myself lists the "black and white thinking" as "All or nothing thinking", but they mean the same thing. She seems to be using all the unhelpful thinking styles listed in the PDF. Something which I also do.

Agreed. I'm also genuinely worried, and despite my communication issues I have, I am willing to lend an ear. I know what it's like. I've faced it myself (and still do face it). It's not nice at all. Having someone who's been through it themselves and can truly understand may be beneficial. She's not alone. A part of me wants to make a throwaway character on Cerberus and message her asking if everything is OK and what can I do to help.

EDIT3: I've done it, made a throwaway character on Cerb with the same name as this one. I won't use it yet, but if things continue to get worse, I'll step in and use it.

It's a long term thing (ISTR telling her off about a similarly silly post about Europeans once or something and it was the same deal). It's not malicious at all, but there are definitely some issues to deal with

I think a lot of us struggle with social interaction and an MMORPG kind of brings all of that out into the open.
