Hmm losing will to play... any tips?

All theme parks have a busy period and then you will mostly play a few hours per week and that's it. IMO, play less and be sure to play with friends.

unsub for a bit, maybe they will change things where it is not a reskin, different level cap since 2.0 if people do that often enough.

Only play because of friends, if it was not for that i be gone long ago.

If you aren't enjoying yourself when you log in, take a break. I play every single night but I enjoy every second of it. If it's not something I enjoy, I just don't do it. If there was nothing in the game I enjoyed, I would stop playing.

I second the idea of trying something different if you don't want to take a break. Are there parts of the game you haven't tackled yet? Try them out. Ignore your dailies for a day. They'll still be there if you want to do them later or another day. If there isn't anything new you want to try, then don't force yourself to play. You'll just burn out.

It is simply my "norm" to go through stages of intense interest in a game followed by weeks (or months) of almost complete disinterest...meh.

It is just a game, never forget that, one should never spend the majority of their waking life in any game imo.
And op, if (for whatever reason) it isn't enjoyable for now then a break is logical and common sense.

This happens with every mmo I play, it is both the result of my personality/priorities and also due to aspects of each game that to me , are still flawed and become highly annoying

I say take a break.
I have never abandoned a game because I needed some time away from it. (only poor developer decisions/ignoring player suggestions drive me away permanently)

So go play something else. Why is this a topic? Lmao. Ill never understand people who cant fathom that running the same content over and over can get bland. And im guessing you rush to cap the day an expansion comes out, run the 2 new dungeons over and over and then get bored.

I can see what you mean. I didn't even rush through the content and I feel like I don't have much more to do until creation reset. I love the game and it is fun but unlike world of warcraft it is lacking in end game content. I am sure once we get a little deeper into the expansion the spark will be ignited again but until then just take it easy and wait until new patches.
