Second things second: It seems like it's only really good in savage raids, where you are casting multiple aoe healing spells in succession. If the confessions lasted longer it'd be very interesting heal in almost any content. I hope that's what happens.

as long as actual healing is done that is. like with lilies, it will not trigger if the target is at 100% health at the moment of healing.

PI in extreme/savage content seems to have its uses, but on normal content it simply is +150 potency on an aoe heal from time to time. nice to have at best.

You only get a confession if it does healing. If they aren't missing health and its 100% overheal then they do NOT get a stack.
