    Continuous Synthesis

I recently started a new character on Leviathan (Transfer from Siren) to play with a friend on the Primal Data Center. As I have started to level Crafting classes again I thought it might be nice to have a "Continuous Synthesis" option for those items that are crafted in bulk. I don't use the "Quick Synthesis" option for two reasons. First, I don't feel the same accomplishment as I do when I've put the time and effort in to a craft, and secondly, the experience (as i recall) is reduced during Quick Synthesis.

What exactly would 'Continuous Synthesis' do that would be different from Quick Synthesis?

To me it just seems what you'd be looking for would just be a macro with Ingenuity and several Careful Synthesis actions...

Instead of having to click "Synthesize" each time I want to craft the same item I could go straight from one Synthesis to another without returning to the Crafting Log. Yes this is pretty much the same as "Quick Synthesis," however; I still get to manually put in the actions I want to complete the synthesis. This has nothing to do with macros for actions to craft just simply negating one menu so I can continually craft.

By the way, the halving of exp for doing Quick Synthesis was removed a long time ago.

Manually craft a 0 Quality item, or Quick Synthesis it, and you get the same exp.

Did they increase the ratio of HQ obtained while using "Quick Synthesis?" If not then I would still like the option as I would have more control over the outcome of my NQ vs HQ.

QS seems to generate more HQ's the higher your level or craftsmanship (I really don't know) outstrip the item being synth'd. That said, manual (or macro) crafting is still a thing too, to generate the HQ final products you want.

Unless there is a way to macro selecting the "Quick Synthesis" button on the crafting log interface macros have nothing to do with what I'm trying to accomplish. A fresh player trying to do the best they can to get HQ or even just raise the quality to get more exp out of each craft will not have the gear or stats to reap the benefits of "Quick Synthesis" NQ to HQ. Quick Synthesis is a way to set a craft to recycle as you AFK from the game. I'm not looking to AFK. Just trying to negate having to go back to the crafting log each time i want to craft the same item while manually crafting.

I just hover my mouse over where the Synthesize button is and it seems to accomplish the same thing. There's almost no downtime. But I guess that wouldn't work for controller players.

On a controller you finish a craft and literally press X then X to craft again with the same materials. It takes 1-2 seconds. Failing to see how a new mode is needed to make this 'easier'...

Yeah I do this on controller and don't have a problem. The disparity on people complaining how crafting is too hard, and others saying it's a faceroll has been interesting.
