We are straddling on Midcore, leaning towards hardcore with current raid clears up to Omega deltascape 3.0 Savage and currently progressing into Omega deltascape 4.0 Savage. In order to clear Savage content, there are some etiquette that everyone should follow, especially because our raiding days/times are very minimal. Otherwise, we will be wasting each other’s time and not progressing. Everyone should be coming in with a no nonsense attitude and the will to push to clear, bringing their best game and attitude such as:
Punctuality: Check the discord Announcement for our raid schedule. Always give yourself ample time to arrive before actual raid time to form up, get your pots/food ready and do nothing else by form up time. (i.e. No hunting, dungeon crawl etc. Reason: there can be unexpected delays and 5 minutes late is 5 minutes less of progression because we END the raid on time.)
Penalty: Missing a raid or being late is bad behavior. If each of us can make the effort to come to raid on time, then surely we can expect all to do so. Other than emergencies, you must give at least 24 hour notice if you are unable to attend the raid, as leaders need time to find a replacement for you. Missing a raid twice, or be very late 3 times (> 10 mins), perhaps this static is not for you and be subjected to be booted out.
Positive Attitude: Enter the static with full expectation that we will spend a lot of time on the floor, wipe after wipe and trying to figure out mistakes. Most importantly, everyone in our group including me, must be able to take constructive criticism. If I’m breaking up on discord and not explaining things well, not parsing well, or keep dying at mechanics, everyone has the right to voice out and we improve together. No hard feelings.
