    Who says they don't?

    You can have a productive life and still hardcore raid. I don't hardcore raid in this game (though I still clear all savage content before it becomes outdated, I'm just not part of world first, server first etc groups), but I did in SWTOR before my guild moved over here and decided to take a less competitive approach. I had and have a very fulfilling life both offline and on.
