Easiest? Probably RDM. Most welcomed? NIN/BRD.
There are so many RDMs in the wild that finding static or free slot in PUG groups becomes somewhat hard.

Most welcomed are easily RDM, NIN and BRD in no particular order. A good BLM and SAM can completely blow everyone else's dps out of the water so I would say *good* BLMs and SAMs are well saught after too.
Easiest however is relative to your own play style. I don't think anyone can answer that for you but yourself. I've know amazing DRGs that complimented me on how I played NIN but I wasn't nearly as good on DRG (ignoring the fact that I hated that job) and they weren't as good on NIN. A lot of that might have to do with personal experience of playing a given job (more practice = better results) but I think it also comes down to what feels right to you.
I've since changed to SAM after playing NIN since its release and I'm definitely still learning to optimize the job but I'm enjoying the change of play style.
It's ideal to have 2 casters for the fight and 2 melee dps. So out of the casters they wanted BLM/BRD and RDM.
I meant ranged, I just call them the same lol. Probably still used to old Bard and Mch cast times.
Why ninja and bard are welcome? I understand bard has good support but lack a lot on dps, but lets say that bard is welcome for supporg.. why NIN? Samurai do better dps and may monk too... I am not argue against you, i just really wanna know why nin cause i am thinking main a NIN again this exp![]()
I don't play nin but I would say : Because Nin can help group DPS by almost 3%.
- Giving a 10% vulnerability during 10sec windows every minute or so, which means 1,6% FULL RAID dps buff.
- The skill to give T aggro so that MT can tank in DPS stance (if healers are okay, and if your tank has trouble with aggro in dps stance because of pug DPS not knowing diversion exists) making him gain 600+ DPS or so.
All while having a rather comfortable personal DPS.
All in all, can mean the difference between a kill and a wipe at 3%. That ninja is welcome in my group![]()
The big two reasons are Trick Attack and Shadewalker. Trick Attack is small, but it adds up in a huge way over the duration of a prolonged fight due to it's 60 second cooldown. Shadewalker helps tanks stay in DPS stance longer.
A third point is Smoke Bomb, which again, assist the tank in spending less time in enmity combos.
The fact that it puts up great numbers makes it all the better.
NIN has great DPS and great utility - just like BRD.
Nin were welcome ever since due to TA now in SB even more.... you can't do something wrong if you wanna change your main to Nin looking for end content ^^Why ninja and bard are welcome?
