So wondering what are currently top class that easy to raid with and yet always welcome to end game content (able to do mechanics well) ?

For tank, probably can't go wrong with PLD.
For DPS, probably can't go wrong with SAM or RDM.
For Healer, not sure.
Everything is particularly welcome except maybe SMN and MCH, but even then they are welcome.
Just go RDM like everyone else.
RDM is the most valued DPS class atm, I've seen a lot of parties flat out restrict SMN/MCH from joining
Isn't any job easy once you know how to play them? Also I really wouldn't ask that question cause you never know when the FOTM job is gonna change. Next patch they may make SMN/MCH op as all hell
Wish this was true but its not. Esepecially when your Know is shaken up after a change e.g. expansion. And lots of people myself included have a hard time intaking all the information and shit on the screen as it goes into our brains. I had tthis issue playing SMN so long staring at my hotbar for so long during encounters despite the fact I have been pressing the same buttons for months. I enlightened myself to the RDM recently since SMN is DOA and the playability is so much better and I feel more confident in savage since i can watch the action more. Actually enjoy the game now.Just had to vent !
Quoted for the truth. As a Monk player there are a few too many things to observe. Above other jobs every (sped up) GCD has you evaluating where your position is relative to the enemy you're trying to hit. This means now you're also considering which way the boss may turn as well. I notice that lag or packet loss impacts my play as a Monk heavily because it forces me to concentrate harder on my CD bar (needing to confirm GCDs actually execute) because if I don't notice the server never executed my coeurl skill despite my client showing the animation and playing the full sound, and then I do an oppo-oppo one then that's almost certainly a full GL3 drop. Literally, this situation keeps me up at night and my execution is far superior when I don't have to 'review' every GCD on top of everything else that's going on. The level of concentration needed for openers with this kind of latency I believe is too high, and sometimes just not executable. I haven't played other DPS jobs substantially, but I don't think this is the intended level of difficultly just to be a "decent" monk.Wish this was true but its not. The general idea is that, just because a job is learned doesn't mean it's the same to execute. Sometimes have easy knowledge, harder execution. Other jobs may have harder knowledge, easier execution. Given no job's knowledge is that hard (and the internet can just give you a bunch of answers), I think it's mostly relevant to look at the execution because that imbalance never goes away. It takes a player far more time to improve or do something they weren't mentally/physically able to do before than it is to simply "know" something new.

Given my prior experience in Creator, those parties are probably bad. I remember numerous times we'd wipe in 10s with the standard comp, but when we ended up with 3 melee it went a lot smoother when we coordinated who was going where.
I can only see a SMN restriction being "good" for progression as deaths are much more brutal on them than other classes. But even that is a stretch.
