    monk charka bug

    monk has 50% chance to proc charka which is rng i understand that. the problems lies with bootshine hit from the rear sure be 100% crit chance. when direct hit are taking over monks reg crit it will not proc this is kinda of a major dps loss. not sure if the the devs are aware of this issue hope you take you time out of your hard worrking day to look into this issue.

    Direct hits do not take over regular crits. Are you sure you're testing Bootshine with Opo-opo form?
