I think we'd be fools to let S-E think it's ok to ignore a large portion of their own paying customers for no reason. Giving it out for free (effectively) in JP and US regions but letting almost everyone in Europe* go without for years is not acceptable. They even went out of their way to region lock the giveaway codes to screw us over, and this is after acknowledging that the European team completely screwed up the maid/butler giveaway in Europe already by accidentally lying to entire countries to encourage them to wait for nothing.

* The special S-E version of Europe which actually includes a random assortment of 'rest of world' countries too, who are unable to use codes from regions geographically closer to them due to region locking.
