I really do love the games you create and especially this one.

I don't want to start some angry ranting "Square sucks" post but I'd like to have one with more constructive outcomes. I really understand how busy and hectic it has been with the new launch.

However, I have to say I'm disappointed with the lack of feedback the community has been receiving on certain issues. I feel that it may be partially due to being short staffed or maybe cutbacks with staff due to profit margins.

This post isn't to single out individuals but to find a path that would allow better support. As a customer where would be the best place to deliver feedback that is non harmful or singling out people who have worked hard on this game? The surveys do not feel like they're specific enough. I find that customer service is often distant and feeling uncaring. It's perhaps how training is done or just that you have different policies in place that don't coincide well.

Should more hiring be done and a task force to create better customer service? Do you need more community reps out to help post more alerts for players so that many can find out information quickly?

What feedback would be best and what can we do to help improve relations between customers and SE? I don't like seeing the toxicity angry customers develop, and at the same time I do find responses from Customer representatives to be unsatisfactory.

So what way can we resolve this?
