Considering the state of most of Blizzard's products right now, I'd hesitate to call them an example of devs that know what they're doing. It's really only Hearthstone and Overwatch that are doing well, and with Hearthstone it's arguably in spite of the devs.

WoW is still the biggest MMORPG there is. Legion is a very successful expansion and saying otherwise will show your ignorance.

Or they can upgrade servers and not have the need for different instance zones. There is a lot of functionally issues because the servers seem like they are 10 years old.
