Please add basic cross server functionality

While cross server is a nice feature to find more people to play with, it lacks all the BASIC functionality that has existed since 2010 in numerous other MMOs. These are CORE features that needed to be added WITH cross servers implementation because without them crossserver is really awkward to have.

I find tons of cool people I'd love to play with again, but as there's no cross server tells, linkshells, or friend l cannot add them or contact them again unless I awkwardly ask them to post their steam/discord/etc in public. This even makes keeping a cross server raid group organized a headache.

Please add these features cross server by 4.2(as this should be high priority and easy to implement):

Friendlist
Tells
Linkshells

I'm sure this can't be difficult, as MMO's have had these features since 2010. Thank you.
