ACT parsing on dummies for SMN

I was practicing dps rotations on my lvl 60 monk and summoner on the idyllshire dummy today, monk with 248 gear lvl and SMN with 230 gear level, and the DPS on both seemed very inconsistent with the reported times.

My monk would consistently average 2100 DPS in around 1:20 give or take.

My SMN would consistently average 1950 DPS in around 1:15 give or take.

Does the dummy's HP differ based on gear level or something? It doesn't make sense for the SMN to parse lower DPS when he's killing the dummy faster.

Does the ACT count everything on the summoner, like DOT's/shadow flare/etc? Not understanding why there's a discrepancy in kill times, unless the dummy HP is different.

Did you count your pet?

Often it's separate from the Summoner him/herself

I heard you need to merge pets with owners for ACT to give an accurate measure of your DPS. And there may be something else for dots also.

Dummies have different amount hp based what job you play.
