Hi,

I've been playing the game for a year and I can confidently say that the Square Enix support is one of the worst support services (in and outside of gaming) I have used. Period.
- 20% availability (given an 8AM to 6PM window with most people working 8AM to 4PM jobs).
- Response times to tickets are abysmal - taking over 3 days for simple inquiries.
- "Contact a GM" in game is playing lottery: sometimes reporting someone for harassment gets u the standard "use /blist" sometimes they actually take action.
- Worst of all, most of my reports end up being responded to with "this is not our department...you should contact this other support team" with the other support team telling me that I should report to the former.

In 2017, its not that expensive or impossible to open chat/phone support for 24/7 weekends included...especially on a game with a player base of more than 200k people.
