PS4 small lag spikes in DF only since 3 weeks after coming back from a 6 months break

Since coming back to the game in nearly every DF related content i get totally random small lag spikes. Only thing changed from 6 months ago is that my router got upgraded to be capable of higher internet speed ,the ISP is the same too. It only happens in this game. When i ran some test to odin's ip i got 0% packet loss and avg 5ms this was through a website though not a PC.The problem i have is similar to thishttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05kr15LT5Ho just a lot shorter. Sorry for the format writing on a PS4. Btw tried changing DNS to google's it made these a slightly shorter from like 3 sec to 1-2 sec. Got technican to check it didn't find any problems and changed the router , it didn't help. One wierd thing is if i logout of the game by "Exit Game" and relog it fixes itself for 1 or 2 hours but with 2k+ queues this isn't really an option. Thanks for any help provided.

They moved the server from Montreal to California.

I'm from EU so unless they moved those servers too it doesn't really explain my problem.So i'm on Chaos data center and Odin server.

Problem was fixed with new ISP even tough i get same ms.
