Hello there, my FC and I from another server have been desiring a house for some time now but it's near impossible to obtain a large plot on our super populated server. What's it like on yours? Do large plots (or any plots) turn over or get sold by players? How crowded will your Shirogane rush be do you think? Server health in general? We've been considering a transfer but wanna explore our options since we would have to pay money to do so. I was a bit worried a lot of people could have transferred lately since it's a "preferred" world.
