Meet the Devs! (?)

Are we talking about developer (people who actually work on the game, programmer, artists) or SE employer in general?
Coz usually marketing people, community manager and so on are not part of the development team and often (mostly when based in other countries) have no means of communication with the dev team other than maybe the project manager, producer.

Most developer usually take a look in official forums. Most people working in this industry love doing what they do and usually are much interest in some feedback from their fans and consumers.
You can assume that people look around the forums, however i would not expect any spontanious posts.
As pointed out earlier, all employees are usually under tight NDA, you may get tech support and moderation but i would not expect any other statements and info.
