All wandering Minstrel quests are missing for me. I am not able to complete any old or start any new quests for the Wandering Minstrel. Its like any quests that I started or am supposed to start never existed. They quests dont show up in my log and the Wandering Minstrel npc is in the towns but he just repeats the same dialogue and has no quest icons.
