I have been thinking of something like that but I honestly don't think just that would be enough. Maybe adding in a buff that also boosts party max HP and heals what is gained, sort of like a combo of shake it off and thrill of battle but for the whole group. It would be similar to PLD's utility abilities but with a WAR flair.
