on WHM i could kill a Lv68, as a Lv69, in Lv63-65 gear, only spamming Aero.
on RDM I was able to solo Lv70 mobs in i218, only using the 1st Weapon Skill, (which is really weak)
no oGCDs or buffs/debuffs.
Im calling BS on this.
