Omega (Savage) not giving rewards.

Last night I completed Omega V1 Savage for the first time, yet I did not receive a reward. I searched my inventory and even went to the vendor to make sure it shows zero. I did not receive a Datalog and the Duty Finder says I received a reward. I did not. According to the patch notes, the datalog is guaranteed for the first clear after reset. Is anyone else having this issue?

Are you sure you didn't enter one of the later fights? Entering any later fight means you give up your right for loot in the previous ones.

Ive had this happen to me 3 times over the years.
When new content comes out, and its my 1st time doing it, before i even enter, and i dont even have the achievement for stepping inside yet, ill see the duty finder say I already obtained the item for the dungeon.


Ive contacted GMs about it, and they didnt respond to me.

Doubt you'll get one, since they will see it as you didnt throw away ur item, and just want to cheat the system.

Were you running it with people who had previously completed it?

If 5+ people in the party had completed the duty no rewards are given.

This rule only applies to chests. According to Patchnotes every first clear after reset will grant a datalog.
